All purchases of $100 or more will receive free shipping.

Processing can take up to 14 Business days after receiving full payment.

We ship worldwide. Delivery times are based on US estimates, and therefore will vary depending on global location.

If you order different items, they may come in separate shipments but still within estimated delivery times. There will never be extra shipping fees in this scenario. Our longer shipping/delivery times are in order for us to keep our prices much lower then competitors.

The following are estimated shipping times based on US delivery which includes the time it takes to process the order. In most cases, the estimated time of delivery is much less than below:

**If you ordered Multiple different items they may come in on separate shipments but still within the estimated delivery time, there is no additional shipping fee if this happens.

Order Cancellation

We ship items as quickly as possible, usually within 24 hours. If you need to cancel your order, please notify us ASAP. If the item has shipped, we will not be able to cancel your order.

Package Not Delivered Because Wrong Address Was Entered or Customer Wasn’t Available For Delivery

 Here at HoodieArt we take pride in processing and shipping your orders as fast as possible. While most of our customers appreciate it, this also means that you have to notify us of any errors or changes in your address within 24 hours of placing the order.

 We are NOT responsible for orders returned because of a wrong address. We are also NOT responsible for orders not received because the customer wasn't available for delivery. If the tracking information shows the item has been delivered, we treat the item as such.

In these cases, we encourage you to work with your local post office to retrieve your package. Unfortunately, we cannot communicate with the post office and/or other organizations on your behalf.

In certain cases we may attempt to mitigate the situation by offering you a replacement product at a discounted price; this will be determined on a case by case basis.
